Data Deletion

You can ask Pravion Technologies to delete personal data that we hold about you in connection with Axoli. This page explains how, and what happens next.

Who can ask

• Axoli customers (businesses): to delete your account and all data in it.
• Individuals who messaged a business using Axoli: to delete your phone number, profile name and message history from that business’s Axoli workspace. The business is the Data Fiduciary and we process the data for it, so we may need to confirm the request with them. We will help to make sure it is done.
• Users who connected through Facebook or Meta login: to remove the data we received from Meta, such as your WhatsApp Business Account details and access tokens.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. For customers, please send it from your registered account email.
2. Tell us who you are: your name, the phone number (with country code) or email linked to the data, and, if you messaged a business, the business’s name.
3. Say what you want deleted: your whole account, or only messages and contact data.
4. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by replying from the same email or by a code sent to your phone. This protects you from someone else deleting your data.
5. We will confirm that we received the request within 3 working days, and send a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

You can also call us on +91 76238 68808, but we will ask you to follow up in writing. Customers can delete individual contacts and conversations at any time inside their Axoli account.

What we delete

• Account profile and login details.
• Contacts, conversations, messages, media and notes stored in Axoli.
• Stored WhatsApp access tokens. We disconnect the WhatsApp Business Account from Axoli; the account itself remains with you in Meta Business Manager.

What we may need to keep

We keep limited records when the law requires it, for example invoices and payment records (up to 8 years for tax law), and records needed to deal with a legal claim or prevent fraud. We keep them only for those purposes and securely.

Copies that were already delivered to WhatsApp or to a person’s phone are outside our control. Meta handles data on its own platform under its policies.
